I had a wonderful experience at Casa Faena, and a big part of that was thanks to Adolfo, our bartender. He was respectfully friendly and made us feel welcomed right away. The drinks were absolutely perfect—balanced, beautifully presented, and crafted with care. You could tell he takes real pride in what he does. The food was just as impressive. The Creekstone Farms Prime steak is a standout and absolutely worth being at the top of the menu. I also really enjoyed the ramen soup—flavorful and comforting. Overall, a fantastic evening with excellent service and exceptional food and drinks.

Wow the new restaurant and menu is simply sensational. We had the ramen and chicken robata and both were exquisite in terms of presentation and taste! This place prides itself on using fresh and local produce and it really comes through in the taste. The ambience is romantic, intimate and stunning.

I love each dish, I can’t choose a favourite because all are amazing. Let’s me share some pictures of them. Yellowtail crudo, avocado salad, exotic mushroom, special shrimp tacos, prime ribeye Creekstone Farm, and hazulnut cake! The drinks are fantastic too! I’ll back for another passionista Thank you for the nice atmosphere!

It is a cute place in the lobby of the hotel. It is small and casual. We came here for their "lobster Wednesday" and got to try Lobster a la Talla, which was very good and lobster truffle pasta, which was ok. We also got Gratitude garden farm mushroom entree from the regular menu, and while it was small it was very flavorful and my favorite item from the dinner. For desert, we had a passion fruit cheesecake, which was light and delicious. If you are in the area, this is a nice place to check out. Update May 2025 I came back for dinner again, and the menu is a lot more unique, although there are not many options, but each one looks yum. I tried yellowtail appetizer, which was delicious, a little spicy, and so flavorful! For entree I got the ramen which was really great as well. In light of this, upgrade this cute place from 4 to 5 stars, for cuteness and great flavors.

Went to Casa Faena last minute for a work dinner and was not disappointed! We tried multiple dishes, which were all delicious with highlights being the shrimp, cauliflower, and guacamole (for me at least! Team loved everything!) Our waiter Carlos was excellent! A super attentive server who could speak to the menu very well and took care of us! He provided descriptions of the food we order to make sure that we knew what we were going to get, as some of it was new to us, and suggested his favorite! We had an excellent time! Thank you Carlos and Casa Faena!

Had an amazing experience at Casa Faena Restaurant! Adolfo provided exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience unforgettable. The ambiance and food were fantastic. Highly recommend! Only bad thing is that the bar stools are terribly uncomfortable for the back. I would suggest comfortable stools with back support to fit the aesthetic of the restaurant

I sat at the bar and received excellent service from Carlos. He recommended the branzino, which I was skeptical about, but decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! It was wonderful, flavorful, and came with a fabulous ginger - citrus sauce on the side. Carlos also recommended that I have a Cabernet Sauvignon... With fish? Again I took his recommendation and it was spot on. The wine paired very well with the spices, charcoal, and ginger sauce on the moist and flaky branzino. Another great call. What's more, in addition to Carlos, the other folks at the restaurant (Florencia and Andres) made me feel like an honored guest. It was truly a great experience and I'll definitely be back.
